Consent – Please read this Policy carefully before using this application of Voie du Forum/voieduforum.net. By accessing or otherwise using Voie du forum APPLICATION, you acknowledge and agree that you have read this Policy and agree to be legally bound by it.

Collection of your Personal Information & Sharing Information with Third Parties. Voie du Forum does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. However, when connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymized, deleted and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies. 

Voie du Forum may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Voie du Forum; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Voie du Forum; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Voie du Forum, or the public.

For iOS Apps: the Voie du Forum’s iOS does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.

For Android Apps: the Voie du Forum Android’s app does not collect any user data during use. Nonetheless, in order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the 'state' of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. The Android’s application also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data.

Children Under Thirteen: Voie du Forum does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parents or guardian for permission to use this application. 

Changes to this Statement: Voie du Forum reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the application and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
